I finally have Sundays off work, thank god! I got to go with some friends to a VIP party at Hard Rock with my buddy Dean (NipTuck) and it was INSANE!! What an amazing game by the way, Arizona played their hearts out, I was really dissapointed they didn't get the win.
Anyways, just relaxing now, bout to fire up some cash games online, and tomorrow I'm back to work. Just wanted to give a quick update. Hope everyone is doing well.

First day as a staked player...interesting....
So today was day 1 of being staked. I will be playing 25nl for 10k hands, then we will evaluate my play and see if I can move up. Basically today I just played 10nl to get a feel for Hold'em Manager, the poker software and how it will look on my screen. I only played about 300 hands of 10nl, but I made a small win today, and I will be playing 25nl from here on out.
This week is Chinese New Year, then Superbowl on Sunday...work is going to be slammed! I will be working 40 hrs for sure this week, and should pick up atleast a dime. I will keep you updated on my superbowl plans.

Friends coming in....always a good time!
Well, first off, congratulations to Barack Obama for becoming the 44th president. I didn't vote for him, and I still think he is a little too far left for me, but I wish him the best and hope he does a good job.
Now on to business....first two days of work went well, slow days, but I made 201 and 187, so I can't complain too much I guess. It's still just tough to walk through the casino and see it as a ghost town day in and day out.
My buddy Dean (NipTuck) called me and told me he is coming in for the Superbowl, so I am looking forward to meeting up with him next Sunday for some good booze and hot women....he sure knows how to have a good time. He is a entrepreneur who has done quite well for himself, and has a gorgeous wife as well....always nice to see good things happen to good people. I didn't get to hang out much last time he was in town, so hopefully we have a good fun time on Sunday night.
Anyways, still anxiously waiting for FIFA to announce when world cup tickets go on sale, I know it's in February, but they keep the date a secret until about 2-3 days before they go on sale, so I am on my toes 24/7 looking at the updates there. Gonna be the sickest time ever in South Africa!

What a long week!
Work was finally busy again, and for the first time ever, I didn't complain about having to work full shifts. I made great money, and the room was slammed all week. This week should be super busy as well with Chinese New Year, and then the Superbowl coming up, hopefully the money keeps pouring in!
I played the 3r today, with like 4000 players, I cashed for a small amount, finally busting somewhere around 500th place. It felt good playing again, and I was controlling and dominating my table until I got in a huge coinflip with JJ and it didn't hold against AK for about a 140bb pot. Oh well. I also played a 18 man sng which I took down, so hopefully poker continues to go well also, as I start training with my backer this week.
Anyways, going to bed, have to wake up early to deposit some money in the bank, and then go get an oil change. Peace

The Economy SUCKS!!!!!
And it is hitting Vegas the hardest.....
Work is horrendous, my money has been cut in half....it's hard to stay a full day, just really depressing honestly. They expect it to stay this way for a year or more, so I will really have to buckle down and grind it out, and hopefully I start crushing online for a second income.
Anyways, changing the subject.....
I watched George Bush's farewell speech tonight, and thought it was really great. He is a true patriot, and I think his speech was very sincere. I am not the biggest Dubya fan, but I don't think he should be blamed for every fucking problem going on in America. He kept us safe after 9/11, and went with his judgement that Iraq was a threat. If it was a mistake or not, we can't just leave now, the place would turn into a haven for terrorists 10x worse than before. Dubya definantly made mistakes, but he did a lot of good also, especially with his work in Africa.
Anyways, it's 3am and I have work tomorrow. Peace

Sigh...I know, I know....
I know! I'm fucking lazy! I didn't update in like a month.....anyways....tons of shit to talk about....
First....BARCELONA!! The game was FUCKING AMAZING!! 99,000 fans chanting and screaming for hours on end, and of course we fucking smashed Real Madrid 2-0 !! Good thing it was raining like crazy or we would've put 5 or 6 in the back of the net. I have a buddy who plays 5-10/10-25nl for a living and he is going to teach me from the bottom up, 10c/25c and move up levels, giving me one on one lessons along the way. I have never had any inspirations to quit work and play for a living, but I would love an extra 20k a yr or so to pay for partying/traveling.
The World Cup takes place in 2010 in South Africa, and tickets go on sale in February....so....right around the corner! The good thing is, the tickets must be affordable to South African residents, so games are anywhere from $100-$300...fucking cheap!! I already have a few people 100% going, Sweetness and 36crazyfists from pocketfives, and 2 guys I work with are going as well. Gonna be an amazing time!
Anyways, gotta get to bed, work tomorrow....I will be updating often now.

Spain!! ONE WEEK AWAY !!!
Oh hi there! Just relaxing right now doing laundry and playing a 4.40 180 man on stars. Getting really close to my trip to Spain, I leave in one week!
Work has still been slow, but I stayed and worked 30 hrs this week and grinded out like $900, just trying to save as much as I can for the trip. We arrive in Barcelona on the 10th, and we're just going to travel all over taking the bullet train. On the 11th, I'm meeting up with my buddy Chris (nechitacc) and one of his buddies.
The Barcelona vs Real Madrid game is on the 14th, and they have parties and parades all week long leading up to the game. Anyways, I will be taking tons of pictures to post up on here for each day....till then, ttyl.

Been a few months....my apologies...
Well, where to start off? I haven't posted in months, but a lot has happened, and new pages have been turned....so I'm back!!
1) Obama beats McCain- I was a McCain supporter, but hats off to Barack, he ran an amazing campaign, and has my respect. I wish him the best, and hope he does well in his first term.
2) New house, new roomate - Well, I moved from my old house and into a new house about 10 minutes from Red Rock Casino, very nice house in a nice, quiet area. I also am living with online supserstar Jeff Boski, aka ICuRaRooK. Cool guy, and we get along well.
3) Gambling addiction- I quit playing video poker, and smokijng cigarettes 4 months ago. I was becoming seriously addicted and went to a therapist a few times, it's really helped out. I still make sports bets, but the wagers have dropped by a significant amount.
4) Spain trip- I leave for Spain Dec. 9th - 16th to see the Barcelona vs Real Madrid game! I am sooooo excited! Meeting up with good friend Chris "NechitaCC" for the game, and my mom is coming as well. I love spending time with my mom since we don't live close to each other anymore.
5) Weight loss- I put it off forever....last week I finally started going to the gym and working out. In 8 days, I've lost 4.5-5lbs just by doing the eliptical, lifting weights, and no more fast food. Feels good to be back on the right track again.
6) Poker- I finally put some money back online and have been playing well. I only deposited 500, but I'm up around 1k over 2 weeks, so I'm happy with that....I really missed playing online, but I banned myself for 2 months when my gambling was getting outta control.
7) Work- Work has gotten REALLY slow....it sucks, the economy doing terrible means Vegas is hit really hard by it. My money has decreased by about 30% over the last 2 months, but what can ya do? I just keep grinding, and try to play poker and win extra money and stay positive.
I'm sure there are things I am forgetting, but it's 3:30am and I have to wake up early to work out and go to the bank. I will be posting on a regular basis again!!

Relaxing, and loving it!!
This last week has been exactly what I needed....a week of NOTHING!!
I have been working out, reading, and just really enjoying some personal time to myself. I have been on the treadmill, and walking outside almost every day, and eating better, and I feel great.
I recently signed up for facebook, and wow, it's just as addicting as myspace! I need to STAY AWAY, lol.

Back in Vegas....stupidity OWNS !!!!
So....WOW!! Where do I begin?!?!?!
I arrive at hobby airport for my flight back to Vegas at 5:40pm....it's delayed 3 hrs to San Antonio.....then I finally get to San Antonio.....and the plane left!! So now I have to get a hotel room in San Antonio....UGH!! Luckily I have a smokin hot friend named Ashley who took me out for some drinks and we hung out till about 2am and then got back to my room about 2:30am.....for a 7am plane flight!! All in all it took about 17 hrs for a 3hr trip!!
I started working out again!! w00t w00t!! I am also reading books now to fuel the brain, lol. I plan on playing poker for the next few months....so wish me luck!!
As far as stupidity owns, I showed up for work on Friday and forgot I had taken 10 working days off....so I am in Vegas for another week without work....sigh.

Back in Texas...having a good time!!
So I decided to take a break from Vegas and head back home to Texas for a few days, and I'm glad I did! Just been relaxing, hanging out, getting away from Vegas which can be quite nice sometimes.
I decided no more gambling, no more strip clubs for the next 3-6 months ( sf obv prob 3 )....time to lose weight, save more money, and start shipping tournaments online.
I am going buy a sick ass TV when I get home and play poker through there on the weekends now......REALLY looking forward to getting back in the groove.
It's 3am, and I am going to meet my dad for lunch tomorrow. Take it easy everyone!!

OT party was INSANE !!
Well, my 2nd OT party was in the books, and good lord was it insane!! We went to PURE 32 deep, bought 9 bottles, partied till 4am there, then booked it on over to Rhino till 1pm. Ended up in a cab and slept for like an entire day almost, lol.
On another note, I am flying to Texas tomorrow, for a much needed break from Vegas, and see my parents and grandparents. Also getting a money management person when I come back to Vegas, and will 100% be crushing mid stakes tournaments when I return!!

Sorry for the lack of updates....
I have been slacking lately, my bad. I promise to keep updating!!
Small recap of what's been going on.....
SPAIN WINS EURO CUP!!!! I had a parlay on Spain to win outright, Spain to win in 90 minutes, and Spain to score first, that paid 5 to 1, so ship it plz!! TYTY Venetian!!
My birthday was Wednesday....and wowowowow what a wild night!! I met up with Cougars, Wein, and PinkSox ( SF HAWT IMO ) at Imperial Palace ( don't ask ) and then we cabbed it over to Dragonfly and met up with a big group of 30 or so to start the drinking. I pounded drinks with everyone ( mainly Nechita and Apestyles ) till about 2am, then we all left and went to Rhino till about 8am. It was a great time, Jagerbombs with the boys, lapdances galore, and a lot of hooking up in the backroom. =)
Tuesday is the OT party at Pure, should be an awesome time with a great turnout, and Sweetness and a few others come in tomorrow, so it's gonna be a great week!!

What a night!!
So yesterday, I got off work early, picked up Mr. Boski aka ICuRaRook and Jamerz at Rio and took them along for the ride while I got a nice haircut.....then off to their house to watch the Celtics crush the god awful Lakers!!
Went home about 9pm to shower and iron clothes, then we all met up at DragonFly for some appetizers/sake/mixed drinks and tons of shots. Drank there and met up with a fun crew of Ryan ( club host ), Rook, Nechita, Chatta, Jamerz, Crazy, Wretchy, Bel0w, Michael B, Bald Matt, Robbie, GBoro and AceRunner, and we drank there till about 1:45am.
Left from there and went to OG to check out the nude action and continue the drinking. Had a good time there and left to go to Rhino about 4am, and continued the partying till around 9am this morning. Woke up feeling great and just kinda hung out, paid some bills, and caught up on the Euro Cup action.
Anyways, sorry to cut it short like always, but going to bed, waking up at 10am to catch Portugal crush Germany!!

What a night!!
Had an absolute blast last night, and it will be my last for a while. About 15 of us all met at DragonFly for food/sake/and jagerbombs. After paying the tab we left for OG ( Olympic Gardens ) around 2am, had shots, lapdances, then headed to Sapphire till about 8am, then onto the Rhino till noon. Had a great time hanging out with the boys, slept till 8pm today, and now getting laundry done for work tomorrow.
With WSOP starting this week, I will be working my ass off next 2 months, not going out, and saving up for the house. Kinda looking forward to a nice break actually.

Owning souls is kinda fun, IMO!
So last night after work me and Nechita went over to Kevin's ( Bel0wab0ve ) house, it was his birthday so we were all gonna relax and drink a bit. Got there and the place was swarming with poker stories since it was obv Sunday.....AJKHoosier, Below,MattG, GBoro, Gavin Griffin were all playing poker online so me and Nechita decided to gamble on some pool.
I Beat Nechita out of $40 playing 8 ball, then after everyone busted from the Sunday tourneys ( sigh ) we started shooting pool and I won $150 off Kevin. Then I give him 30 pins in WII bowling for $200 a game. I win the first game, so we go again, and I win this one by like 60. OBV steaming, Kevin wants to up the bet to $500, so I oblige, and win a sick sick sick game in the tenth frame when Kevin missed a spare! SF Lucky!!
Then me and Nechita took on all comers in beer pong, we cruised through Boro and AJK, then cleaned out Kevin and Gavin, then eventually lost to Boro and some other guy ( sorry forgot ur name ).
All in all, a fun night, and gonna be a fun weekend since Sean ( Cougars4444) gets here Wednesday.

Well, Man U won myself $1700 profit today, and gave me the biggest sweat of all time! What a nailbiter! When Terry missed the penalty for Chelsea to give thm the win, our whole crew erupted and we were all going insane! I won't forget this game for a long time to come!

FTOPS review....and more house hunting....
Sooo I played the $216 FTOPS event which was half hold'em and half omaha hi. Such a weak ass field and I made an attrocious play to get myself on life support. I really think I coulda went super deep in this, and first was like 50k or so. Still pissed about it.
Went and looked at multiple houses today, and saw 2 I really liked. Honestly thinkin about putting a bid in ASAP !!!!

FTOPS and House Hunting
So tomorrow I am going to play in my first ever FTOPS event....the $215 half PL hold em and half PL Omaha. Should be an easy win and about $40k or so. Easy game, wish me luck!!
Earlier tonight ( it's 4:10am right now ) I went to DragonFly, obv best place ever and ate some amazing shrimp and some filet mignon and chatted with Nechita and AceRunner, mostly about poker, girls, houses, and us being future millionaires really. Pretty standard, nothing too exciting, I only had 2 drinks since I wanna crush this tourney tomorrow.
House hunting starts Thursday, going to look at 5 properties.....I better get in one soon damnit, I can't wait to pimp tha shit out of it!!!!

Work, Treadmill, Threeven....
1) Work- I am starting to love it again. Working 8 hrs is fun....it's easy money imo, I'm tired when I come home, then I lay straight in bed, chat online a bit, and just relax and go to bed early ( 2am ).
2) Treadmill - Been doing it, my legs hurt like a motherfucker, I am having heart attacks daily ( or it feels like it, lol ).....but it feels good to get my fatass back up there and start working out a little again.
3) Threeven - What the fuck is going on here? This dude is like 20 and is crushing every tourney in sight. I once told my friend Atimos aka Jovial Gent that I was seriously envious of these young players. Not jealous because they are winning sick money, but I'm jealous of the skills they possess at such a young age. Granted, I'm only 24, but these dudes are 18,19,20 and winning 100k plus a yr. So sick!! I am happy for all these guys, and I hope they invest well.
Off to watch Threeven crush this nightly hundred grand on Pokerstars now.....and drink some cherry kool aid imo!

Weekend went by quick....and I did nothing!!
Well, this was my first weekend in forever where I didn't go out......and it actually felt kinda good. I just relaxed, watched some friends play poker, played some myself, and started reading a few books that I picked up the other day ( yes I actually read! ).
Not too much been going on, still house hunting, unfortunantly, the houses I talked about the other day were all sold, so back to the internet to find more! It's actually quite fun searching through all those homes to find the exact few you want.

MTV's Real Word....
So it's my Saturday of the week, and I decided to relax, kick back, check out houses and play some SNG's on Full Tilt. I went and had ribs with my friend Chris at Ellis Island, which is tha nutz btw. Anyways, got home and remembered MTV had a new episode of real world on....and jesus christ, that guy Joey is a fucking lunatic in need of some serious fucking help! Thank God he is going to rehab. Psycho! On the left is what he looks like normal.....If I had a picture of a devil on steroids....that is what he would look like when he gets smashed.Anyways, house hunting is actually kinda fun, just checking out tons of properties, and searching online for balla furniture and flat screens is fun also.

Randomness...
First off....poker! I officially suck again. Played in a $60 45 man sng, get it all in with top pair against an underpair....wouldn't you fucking know, 2 outer on the fucking river. Well played you fucking retard!! Then I played in a $119 6 max sng......get it all in with AKdd against AJ offsuit.....ya you fucking guessed it, J on the river. Well played again you fucking monkey. Work.....today was my Monday, it was good, made over $200 and only worked 7 hrs, so no complaints here.....day went smooth and fast, just how I like it!!

Buying a house, work, and GG Barcelona
So last night was Chatta's bday, and we all went to DragonFly for sushi/sake and then for strippers obviously. Pretty tame night actually, for once. Good time overall.....spent all of today on the couch tired playing poker.
Decided I'm definantly buying a house or condo when the lease is up, looking forward to it and gonna pimp tha hell out of it.
Tomorrow starts no excuses 40 hrs a week at work, can't wait....

Gogogogogogo BARCA !!!!!
In 9 hrs, Barcelona is playing in leg 2 of the champions league, and they better beat the piss outta MAN U at Old Trafford. I have a lot riding on them, money obviously, and my heart. I am very loyal and dedicated to the club, and like I said before, will be flying to Spain to see them next year for sure.
On to poker....I really hate to complain after winning the donkament last night, but today I played in two $114 6max sng's, and busted outta both of em 3rd with AK losing to AQ. What a fuckin joke!!! Anyways, I'm gonna be on fire soon in MTT's, I can feel it!!

Sick poker day....and a new refreshing feeling.....
So yesterday I wake up, and the first thing on my mind was to win some damn money. I started with $200 in 5/10 limit, got up to 450, took it to 10/20, worked that up to 1000, then jumped in 15/30 and left with 1900, I made $1700 in 5 hours! I was feelin great! I now have a decent bankroll for MTT's again, and im so glad....I really wanna take it to the next level soon.
Anyways, my boss at work told me I need to start working full shifts, or I'm getting moved down to extra board since I been slacking.....so it's back to working 40 hrs a week again.
It actually felt great working a full shift again, I made good money, I keep my benefits, contribute more to my 401k plan, and it keeps me from alying around the couch doing jackshit all day. I can use the money too, since I wanna get my own place in August when our lease is up.
Anyways, not too much going on right now, just watching Lock UP on MSNBC and playing some PS2. TTYL.

Stone Cold Tilt All Day.....
Well, my day started out bright and early at 9am to meet with my friend for the breakfast buffet at SouthPoint, and goddamn was it good!! Then off to Crown and Anchor....a real badass english pub to watch the Barcelona vs Man U game....what a dissapointment that was.......Barca had 70% possession and we couldn't put one in the back of the net......sigh.
So there goes $500 on that bet, oh well, always next time.
I got home around 3pm and fired up the laptop.....and wow, things didn't go well at all. I played 4 tournaments, was in for about $200, didn't cash in a single one, and was playing awful. I was really upset with my play so I did what everyone does....I proceed to tilt off another $400 playing cash games. I was steaming now, and I jumped in 5/10 PLO to gamble like a madman, and luckily I sucked out on two people for a $900 pot and ended the day only down $100 online, which I can live with!
Anyways, need to crash, have to be up at 7am ( 3 hrs ) to register my truck at the DMV.

Another great day....and my team BARCELONA playing in 8 hrs !!!
So today was my Friday at work, and Tuesday is usually the slowest day of them all, but fear not, the master sportsbettor was hard at work today!! I took liverpool/chelsea to tie at +200 for $300, so I made $600 profit there, and hit another 4 teamer for $265 profit. Not a bad day yet again, imo !!
Tomorrow is the day I have been waiting for!! Barcelona vs Manchester United.....playing in Barcelona at the Nou Camp!! Barca has been my favorite team for years, since I was 11 I think. I can't fucking wait to see them crush Man U !!!!
Anyways, it's 3am and I have to be up 9am for the game......peace!!!!

Another day, another dollar.....and UEFA cup tomorrow....
Today was a great day at work, worked a full 8 hours, made $260, and won another $270 profit on a $15 parlay with baseball and basketball in the mix. Nice day IMO !!
Well, for anyone who knows me, soccer is my life, and the next 2 days are gonna be FANTASTIC!! UEFA semifinals start tomorrow with Chelsea and Liverpool, I have $200 on the draw at +190....not betting big on these games, more of an action bet, since I think these games will be extremely close.
Then on Wednesday, my favorite team of all time ( sticker on the back of my truck obv ) Barcelona will taking on Manchester United at home in Spain. It's gonna be a tough, tough game, but I think Barca can take them at home. Barcelona is a big part of my life, I keep up with every game of theirs for the last.....8 yrs. I will definantly be attending games in Spain next year now that I can financially. I mean can you imagine being here?!?!?! I would probably faint as soon as I walked in the stadium and heard the chants and saw the pitch and players on the field. Probably would be one of the greatest things my eyes will ever see.
Also, good luck to TheWacoKidd as he is still in the WPT $25k buyin tournament with over 3 million for first. Bring it home kid!!

Finally a + $1000 day, haven't had that in a while.

I suck at poker....
Thousands upon thousands won, and nothing to show......
Well, let me rephrase....I don't think I "suck" persay.....but I have serious fucking leaks.....and mad tilt issues....
I have grown some of the sickest bankrolls, in poker, in betting, and in life, and blown them all. I have had bank fluctuations of down to15k in my account to 450k in my account, and well....I won't tell you where it's at now.....but it's a reminder of how much of a sicko I am. BTW, I am not broke or anything, lol or even close to it.....just venting a little bit.
Tonight was another reminder of how much of a tilt machine I can be....I took ONE bad beat in a $11 tournament lol, and ended up -550 in my account from playing 3/6 PLO triyng to get make a score....such sighaments....
In other news, I have been talkin with this chick for a while....she is super sexy.....killer eyes and smile....but she's older than me ( a good age difference older fwiw ).....but she seems super fun and down to earth.....don't get me wrong....I'm not trying to marry her, or even just have a one night stand....but she seems like she'd be fun to hang out with every once in a while and have a drink or two with....know what I mean?

Standard night out.....and a little poker.....
So last night, a few friends and I all went out to a brazilian steakhouse for Rick's going away dinner.....and it was AMAZING!! $35 all you can eat, and they brought out 7 different kinds of meats, each one spaced about 5 minutes apart.....soooooooo good !!
After dinner we went to DragonFly, my favorite place, for sake bombs, jager bombs, grey goose, etc etc.....got pretty drunk and then I went to pick up my buddy Kevin aka Bel0wab0ve.....and we all headed out to a strip club for dances and drinks....5 of us.....always a great time obv!!
Woke up about 3pm, and fired up the laptop for some p0kah obviously......
played the $109 freeze, $27.50 25k guaranteed, $11 with 10 min levels, and a $27, $16 and $60 mtt sng's.....all in all I ended up down $35 today....so I'm actually pleased since I never play well hungover....

ONE FUCKING TIME DEALER !!!!!!
Another sad day at the tables.....18th out of 630 in the $11 1r 1ao with a $3700 first place. I got it all in twice with the best, lost of course, then made a donkalicious play to bust out of frustration. I swear, I get so fucking deep all the time, and just can't get there.....really starting to piss me off.
Anyways, my friend Rick is going back to Syracuse Wednesday, so tomorrow night we're all going to a Brazilian steakhouse for Kobe Beef ( w00000t!!! )....and then for a cocktail or two afterwards. He's a good guy, gonna miss him, but will definantly be going to see some Cuse games next year!!
That's about all for today....work was super slow again, but I made $300 playing BJ at Ellis Island, lol. Ship it!!!!!!!

Not a bad day imo !!
So I walk into work today at 11am, and we have TWO games going!! That means business is still TERRIBLY SLOW!!! I got on the play list and played 2-4 limit just trying to get out of work early and come home and relax, but little did I know I doubled my $100 into $200 before the button even came around once!! Not a bad start!!
I ended up making $155 playing in 45 minutes and made a $20 4 team parlay which I obviously hit for $655.75 !! Pretty nice day at the office if you ask me!!
Anyways, sorry to make this short, but I'm super tired and am getting my ass on the treadmill tomorrow morning at 8:30am before I head to work. Take it easy everyone.

Sigh, work is slow......REALLY slow.....
Last month or so at work has been SUPER SLOW......I mean it's hard to stay 8 hours! I can't even remember the last time I worked a full shift!! Luckily I have been crushing sports betting, and making some serious coin from that.
So anyways, a lot of people have been asking me what my screen name for the poker sites means....SFkeelhauled......well, here it is......
I was sitting around one day, and just bought a new laptop, and was talking to a buddy of mine named ChattaBox, aka Stallpwned for when he falls in love with every stripper that crosses his path.....and I told him I can't wait to start fucking people up online and crushing dreams, etc etc. I told him we need to come up with a sick name for fucking peoples worlds up.....so we googled and came up with Keelhauled.
Basically, getting Keelhauled is what pirates and the oldschool navy used to do to crew members who lied, stole, or anything that was punishable. What they did was tie a rope around the victims feet, and throw them overboard, and have crew members at both sides of the ship......so once he was thrown overboard, the other crew members would drag him under the boat and he would be bleeding out the ass from the razor sharp barnacles on the bottom of the boat, and sharks would also come due to the blood in the water. By the time the crew member was pulled under the boat and out of the water, usually not much of his stomach and torso was left at all. So thats where I got my kinda sick and twisted screen name.......

1st post, and a sneak peek into my life.....
Hi all, name's Clay, 24yo born in Texas now living in Las Vegas. Not exactly sure how I ended up here, but it's definantly been a remarkable experience so far. Little background about myself, went to college at Stephen F. Austin State University, small school in Nacogdoches, Texas. Studied hotel/restaurant management, and moved to Vegas eventually wanting to possibly do casino hosting. Moved out here October 31st, 2005 and started playing poker for a living while I was going to dealing school for poker. Things were going great, I had gained some weight in college.....actually.....I gained a lot of weight in college, about 50-60 pounds, and when I moved to Vegas I didn't know anyone, so it was easy for me to play poker, and work out, with no distractions. In the span of 4-5 months out here, I lost 58 pounds and made thousands playing live and online poker. Life was g00t !!
I got hired at a poker room on the strip in early 2006 to deal poker in the new poker room they were building, I was very fortunate since I had no prior experience dealing. It was also my first ever job, so making really nice money and getting cash every night was amazing, but also a curse.....more about that later =)
After working for a little bit, I started making friends obviously, and started partying again, the weight slowly crept back on. I got careless, started eating bad again, staying out till 8am or so and eating and going straight to bed. I have talked shit for over a yr since I gained the weight back about working back out, but was too lazy to get it done, now it's time for me to quit bullshitting and get this taken care of. I have multiple weight loss bets ranging from $100-$1000 with multiple people ( names and terms withheld, lol ). So anyways, my birthday is June 25th, and my goal is to drop 30 pounds by then. I have a wedding in October, and the goal then is to be down 50. Very attainable if I keep my head on straight, which is a hard thing to do in this town.
So anyways, on to the poker part of my life. I started playing in college, small stakes SNG's ( sit-n-go's ) and was breakeven for about a ye
ar, then I hit two tournament scores back to back for about $3000 combined. Being in college, I was naturally broke, so I cashed out $2000 and left $1000 on for my bankroll. I used that bankroll for 3 years in college and 2 yrs when I moved to Vegas, and had it fluctuate from down to $500 and at one point had it up to $8000. I am a natural gambler, a risk taker, it's how I live my life, I live on the wild side at all times, with no cares or worries. I recently took up poker again after about a 6 month stretch where I didn't play at all, just wanted to relax, and have had some great results. I deposited a total of $1500, and have had $6000 in winnings from tournaments and about $2500 from cash games. I feel I have a great poker mind and there will be much more to come from me in the near future. I also am an above average soccer sportsbettor....with profits of over $200k from world cup 2006, and I continually post winners for my friends over at www.pocketfives.com in the Off Topic forum.
Last but not least, the nightlife of Vegas. I always refer to the bars/clubs/stripclubs here in Vegas as " The Devil "......I mean when I go out, I go out! I know how to have a good time and show everyone else that's with me a great time, and we do it big when we go out. Going VIP with bottles and our booths is mandatory, and spending more money than I can afford is always the standard. I met so many poker players from around the world, that it seems someone is in town and wants to go out every single week, which has become a blessing, as well as a cruse. It's great to go out and hang with friends, but it's so ridiculously expensive that I have just about given up on going out. I'd rather be inside playing poker online and watching sports.
